ESS Technical Development Supervisor

As an ESS Technical Development Supervisor, you will be the primary technical architect for Energy Storage System (ESS) projects during the origination and development phases. The main responsibility is to define what is built to maximize project value. This role bridges the gap between commercial objectives and technical feasibility, ensuring ESS projects are optimized for size, technology, and grid compliance before moving to the execution stage and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
