Job Description
Rectification of ESPA Sub Pump Repairing – Group 11–13 - VILLA MYRA
- Dismantling and inspecting in workshop
- Removing stator from body
- Rewinding with 200°C dual cotted copper enamelled wire, varnishing with Class H insulation
- Oven baking at 145°C for 8 hours
- Replace bearings (2 nos.)
- Change mechanical seal kit
- Replace O-rings and gasket
- Impeller machining and remetallizing
- Reassembling and no-load test run in our workshop
- Delivery/handover to collection person
