Overview
***This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP***
Responsible for the day to day operational execution of all Environmental Safety and Health Program functions for the customer across the Area of Responsibility, and for the ESH Program. The ESH Manager, Senior will supervise an ESH leadership team and provide leadership to a multi-cultural workforce .The ESH Manager has responsibility for overall problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of ESH functions across the Program and serves as a member of the Leadership team. The ESH Manager must demonstrate exemplary management and leadership capabilities, especially in the areas of collaboration, team building, talent development, fiscal and human resources management, and process improvement.
