ERP Systems Engineer (Odoo)

The ERP Systems Engineer will lead the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of company's Odoo ERP platform.

The role will act as the bridge between company's business functions and the external Odoo implementation partner, ensuring that business requirements are properly translated into system configurations and that the ERP supports company's manufacturing, engineering, procurement, inventory, finance, sales, and maintenance operations with minimal customization.

Following implementation, the ERP Systems Engineer will own the administration, continuous improvement, and optimization of the ERP platform.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead STAAR’s ERP implementation alongside Odoo’s implementation team.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from all departments.
