Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify an ERP Developer (contract). In this role, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, integration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and related business systems. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday and related integrations.
+ Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
+ Develop solutions to improve business processes, automation, and system performance.
+ Serve as the technical lead for Workday-related initiatives and escalated support.
+ Lead testing, validation, and implementation of system updates and new functionality.
+ Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
+ Support security, data integrity, reporting, and application governance efforts.
