Key Responsibilities System Administration & Data Integrity: Oversee daily operations of the ERP platform. Monitor data entry from multiple construction sites to ensure accurate tracking of inventory, fleet management, and labour hours. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for different departments (Procurement, Finance, Project Management, and Logistics) to streamline workflows and resolve system bottlenecks. Reporting & Analytics: Generate, customize, and analyze project cost-control reports, progress tracking, and financial forecasts for senior leadership. User Training & Support: Conduct onboarding and continuous training sessions for both office staff and site-based engineers to ensure high system adoption and correct data logging.
