ERM & Operational Risk Manager – 12 Month Contract
About the Opportunity
- Lead Operational Risk programs, including TPRM, BCM, Disaster Recovery, Incident, Change, Data, and Climate Risk management.
- Conduct RCSAs to identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
- Support audits, control testing, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.
- Strengthen the ERM framework through risk governance, assessments, and oversight.
- Prepare risk reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership and committees.
About You
- 5–7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or second-line defense roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of operational risk, TPRM, regulatory requirements, and risk governance.
