Vixxo is ready to welcome a dedicated Equipment Technician in Vancouver, Canada. Bring your passion for coffee and equipment repair to deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.
As a full-time Equipment Technician with Vixxo, you will engage with customers while maintaining and repairing espresso, coffee brewing, and water systems. While experience is preferred, we are open to training entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow. Emphasis will be placed on safety, customer satisfaction, and meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair commercial coffee brewing and espresso equipment
• Build strong customer relationships through reliable service
• Conduct thorough inspections and accurate maintenance
