- Leverage operational performance metrics and insights to frame, prioritize and drive Madrid hub efficiency initiatives.
- Lead the continuous improvement of operational processes to increase productivity, simplifying workflows, eliminating bottlenecks and improving service resilience.
- Act as a key operational partner to the Head of the Madrid Hub, providing insights and recommendations to support performance, efficiency and decision‑making.
- Lead business cases and presentation decks to support the Head of MAD hub with IACG director’s board.
- Propose and implement process improvements in the Madrid Cargo Hub Operation.
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers which performs part of the Madrid Cargo Hub Operation (including MASA trucks, South ramp, equipment maintenance, etc).
