Job Description
Step into a key role at Valard Construction as an Equipment Receiving/Inspection Administrator based in either Jarvis or Elora, Ontario. This position focuses on meticulous inspections of equipment including Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Conversion Systems.
You will work under the Quality Manager to guarantee that all equipment accepted on site is thoroughly checked against purchase orders and OEM requirements. By coordinating with logistics and procurement, your organized approach will ensure timely and accurate reporting throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm and organize delivery schedules and packing lists
• Conduct detailed verification of incoming equipment
• Manage photo documentation and compliance checks
• Initiate deficiency reports and coordinate response actions
