Equipment Performance Specialist – Edmonton Plant 3
The role focuses on developing and implementing our autonomous maintenance (AM) program, training operators on equipment care, and ensuring safe, effective equipment use.
Responsibilities include:
- Champion a culture rooted in safety, quality, and efficiency
- Build trust and teamwork by reinforcing that equipment care is a shared responsibility
- Develop and implement equipment‑specific AM programs alongside production and maintenance teams
- Create and maintain SOPs, SWIs, and work instructions
- Train operators on essential autonomous maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure teams have the tools, materials, and support needed for effective autonomous maintenance
