Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Technician located in Aguascalientes. The role reports to the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor. The technician will work on automated equipment for ongoing industrial projects across the organization, conducting analysis, design, evaluation, modification, and implementation of equipment or machine improvements across several segments. The technician will generate daily plans to prevent downtime and provide process and equipment improvements.
Typical Day / Responsibilities
- Daily meetings with cross‑functional teams related to maintenance issues.
- Support and troubleshoot automated equipment failures.
- Add new routines for robots and adjust sequences or points.
