JOB OVERVIEW

The EMD-Manager is responsible for leading and managing all maintenance activities of Netforce’s equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety. The role oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, manages maintenance teams, controls budgets, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and extending the service life of equipment assets.

• Develop and implement division goals, policies, and maintenance strategies aligned with Netforce’s operational objectives.
