Equipment Engineer (Backend)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent technology-related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the semiconductor OSAT or EMS industry, with hands-on experience in backend manufacturing processes (Assembly & Finishing).
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience, managing and guiding at least one Equipment Technician.
• Maintenance & Equipment Experience: Proven experience in equipment line sustenance, troubleshooting, repair, conversion, and preventive maintenance. Knowledge of automated assembly and related equipment is required, including dispensing, curing, pin insertion, case assembly, potting, screen printing, molding, deflash/plating, trim/form/singulation, tester/handler/marking systems, and metrology equipment used in power module or similar package manufacturing.
