**Equipment Driver**
**Pay:** $24.54/hr | **Contract-to-Hire**
We are seeking a dependable Equipment Driver to support daily yard operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role involves operating a Ready Mix truck on-site, delivering concrete to production areas, performing routine equipment inspections, and assisting with heavy equipment operation as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operate a Ready Mix truck safely and efficiently
+ Deliver concrete to production forms
+ Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
+ Keep equipment clean and in good working condition
+ Operate additional heavy equipment as needed
+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies
**Qualifications:**
+ Truck driving or heavy equipment experience preferred
+ Basic mechanical knowledge
