EōS Fitness seeks a passionate leader for the Fitness Manager position. This role involves engaging actively with members, setting appointments, and ensuring a pipeline of clients for personal trainers. Your contributions will focus on sales growth and delivering exceptional fitness experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly sales targets for training agreements
• Collaborate with the sales team for onboarding new members
• Hire, train, and supervise fitness staff
• Manage payroll and financial processes for the team
• Engage and address member concerns with excellent service
Requirements:
• 2 years of management experience in fitness preferred
• 3-4 years of customer service experience
