- Ensure compliance with all applicable Philippine environmental laws and regulations, including PD 1586, RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9275, and other DENR, EMB, and LLDA requirements.
- Secure, maintain, and renew all required environmental permits, registrations, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of pollution control and environmental management facilities, including wastewater treatment systems, air pollution control equipment, hazardous waste storage, and solid waste management facilities.
- Monitor environmental performance to ensure compliance with emission, effluent, waste management, and chemical handling standards.
- Prepare and submit all required regulatory reports, including Self‑Monitoring Reports (SMR), Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMR), hazardous waste documentation, and other statutory submissions.
