Job Description
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all applicable Philippine environmental laws and regulations, including PD 1586, RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9275, and other DENR, EMB, and LLDA requirements.
Secure, maintain, and renew all required environmental permits, registrations, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of pollution control and environmental management facilities, including wastewater treatment systems, air pollution control equipment, hazardous waste storage, and solid waste management facilities.
Monitor environmental performance to ensure compliance with emission, effluent, waste management, and chemical handling standards.
Prepare and submit all required regulatory reports, including Self-Monitoring Reports (SMR), Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMR), hazardous waste documentation, and other statutory submissions.
