We are looking for an experienced ESG Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of ESG systems across our forest conservation and carbon project initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Company's ESG Management System (ESMS).
• Develop and maintain key ESG documentation, including ESMS, ESIA, ESAP, Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), Grievance Mechanism, Biodiversity Management Plan, ESG Policies, SOPs, and other safeguard documents.
• Coordinate ESG implementation across multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with international ESG standards and investor requirements.
• Conduct ESG Gap Assessments, environmental and social risk assessments, and develop practical corrective action plans.
