Job Description
- Implement and follow up on safety, occupational health, and environmental programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate EHS standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify unsafe conditions and acts.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and risk reports, defining corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate safety trainings, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency response.
- Develop and update safety procedures and emergency plans.
- Manage internal and external audits related to EHS.
- Monitor safety, health, and environmental indicators, preparing reports for management.
- Oversee proper waste management and compliance with environmental requirements.
- Promote a safety culture through awareness campaigns and employee participation.
- Coordinate emergency brigades, drills, and civil protection activities.
