Environmental Health and Safety Advisor
Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of national Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability programs across Andrew Peller Limited. Provides primary advisory support to Operations, Corporate, Estate Wineries, and Retail teams nationally (shared with the BC EHS Manager), helping leaders build a strong, proactive safety culture while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business strategy.
This national role supports 1,400+ teammates across diverse operations at Andrew Peller Limited, with the opportunity to shape safety culture and sustainability strategy across the organization.
