Hiring Entry Level Assemblers/Production Specialist in Redmond, WA!
**Shift : 5AM - 4PM (Mon-Thurs) & OT on Friday**
**Pay : $23-25/hr**
**Job Description**
The Production Specialist plays a key role in the manufacturing process by assembling products for manufacturing of aerial lifts. This role offers a clear progression with learning the product line and manufacturing processes, advancing to complex sub-assembly work, and ultimately mastering all workstations, reading blueprints and schematics, and helping train new team members.
**Responsibilities**
+ Learn the product line, manufacturing processes, and production philosophy at the entry level.
+ Perform assigned workstations within required cycle times while maintaining quality and safety standards.
+ Organize, examine, and assemble equipment containing up to 12 pieces of material, including structures, fittings, brackets, and bolts.
