Job Description
MultiSafepay is seeking an entry-level Chargeback Analyst to join our Dispute Management team. You will perform daily chargeback analysis, communicate with merchants to gather documentation, and monitor chargeback activity to ensure timely resolution.
The role requires at least 1 year in payments operations, strong analytical skills, understanding of payment flows, and proficient English. Prior exposure to scheme regulations is a plus.
