Job Scope
- Enterprise solutions support consultant for SAP and other applications that integrate with SAP.
- Troubleshoot and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Perform system configurations
- Opportunities to develop skills in multiple SAP modules and other enterprise applications
- Tier 3 Functional Support Consultant within IT support framework
- Responsible for managing system configurations and addressing the most complex challenges that cannot be resolved by lower-tier support teams. This involves providing expert troubleshooting and delivering impactful solutions for our global sites across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
