Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship end-to-end from first outreach through close, onboarding, and renewal
- Partner closely with a dedicated Solutions Engineer on discovery, demos, and evaluations
- Build relationships with economic buyers, technical evaluators, and frontline operational leaders
