Job Description
What You'll Do
- Own and close enterprise deals across the Commmerce portfolio, carrying a significant individual revenue quota
- Target and win large brands and multi-store retail chains that sell across stores, online, and marketplaces
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving the C-suite, ecommerce, retail ops, marketing, and IT/digital teams
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value, strategic enterprise accounts
- Map each retailer's needs across POS, inventory, OMS, storefront, marketplaces, fulfilment, and loyalty, and position the right Commmerce solutions against them
- Develop deep account strategies to land and expand within large retail organizations
- Lead commercial negotiations, build ROI and business cases, and drive deals to close
- Partner with solution/pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to advance opportunities
