CoLab in Dubai seeks an experienced Enterprise AE enablement leader to drive weekly call reviews, surface coaching priorities, and improve live selling outcomes for complex B2B deals.
You will own the learning calendar, build the sales mechanics playbook, and track performance trends, partnering with AEs and leaders to boost quota attainment and deal velocity. Strong MEDDPICC fluency and Salesforce/Gong skills are required.
