Job Description
Lead ENMAX's safety strategy as an Enterprise Safety Manager in Calgary. You'll advance safety culture through proactive engagement, modern methodologies, and high-energy hazard management.
This permanent role focuses on all facets of ENMAX's safety functions. You'll implement the Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) and Safety Classification and Learning (SCL) models to ensure a proactive approach to safety. A demonstrated history in high-hazard environments is essential for success while fostering a strong safety mindset across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion HOP philosophy across operational groups
• Advance SCL model and hazard recognition
• Lead proactive safety engagement and programs
• Oversee safety management system compliance
• Coordinate incident response and investigations
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree required
