Job Description
ERP Program Manager
Duration: 12 month contract with extensions
Remote, but willing to travel at least once a month
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, with strong exposure to large-scale ERP implementations
- Experience working in the utilities industry
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation programs, not just IT delivery
- Deep understanding of ERP-driven transformation across Finance and Supply Chain domains
- Direct experience with Oracle ERP environments (E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion strongly preferred)
- Experience operating within complex, multi-system ecosystems, including integrations across platforms such as:
- Asset management (e.g., Maximo)
- Customer/billing systems (e.g., CC&B)
- Financial/regulatory systems (e.g., PowerPl...
