Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and monitoring cloud and production operations, including batch processing, backup management, and incident resolution in a 24/7 shift environment. The role also supports IT projects, system operations, and compliance with IT security and operational standards.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Operations / Cloud Operations.
- Hands‑on experience in AS/400, Control‑M, AWS Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in batch processing, system monitoring, and backup management.
- Knowledge of IT operational procedures, incident handling, and production support.
- Able to work 24/7 rotational 12‑hour shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
