• Business Strategy Alignment: Understand the organization's strategic objectives, business processes, and desired outcomes. Translate Business Strategy into IT/OT Strategy by developing a IT/OT strategy that directly supports and enables the achievement of business goals. This includes identifying how technology can drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Enterprise-Wide Architecture Development: Create and manage a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that encompasses business, data, application, and technology domains, with a specific focus on the integration of IT and OT.
