Enterprise Application Specialist, IT
Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid) or Barcelona, Spain (hybrid); Portugal or the United Kingdom (remote).
What You Will Do
- Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, Okta, and associated AI capabilities.
- Develop and communicate platform roadmaps, governance standards, and long‑term strategies for supported applications.
- Own platform health, integrations, lifecycle management, licensing, and operational excellence.
- Stay current on vendor releases, AI enhancements, security updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Lead the rollout, adoption, and organizational training of AI‑powered workplace technologies including Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI Companion, Atlassian Rovo, and related tools. ...
