Job Description
Drive AI enablement across IQVIA by helping teams adopt AI safely, compliantly, and effectively. You will translate business needs into practical guidance, training, and repeatable ways of working—improving AI literacy, accelerating value delivery, and ensuring privacy, security, and responsible AI controls are embedded from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Build practical assets (playbooks, templates, prompt guidance, processes) that make safe AI use repeatable.
- Work with key stakeholders to put agent certification in place, allowing IQVIA‑built agents to be used internally across teams.
- Support internal use‑case discovery and prioritisation; help teams shape problem statements, feasibility, risk assessment, success measures, and delivery plans.
- Drive and support piloting new AI tools, ensuring we have a robust process in place that provides transparency for stakeholders.
