Contract-compliant mapping of customer requirements (70-80 %)

  • Document review and review of special agreements (offer, order, calculation)

  • Coordination of contractual services with interfaces (SAM, manufacturer)

  • Plausibility check (service provision, costs, processes, equipment lists)

  • Requesting all missing information relevant to the contract

  • Contract-compliant mapping of maintenance services according to specifications (order, equipment list)

  • Define contract structure and create in SAP system (contract/item creation incl. assignment of summarisation characteristics / maintenance of specific contract characteristics)
