Join our team and contribute to the administrative and financial management of our English-speaking customers! As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for the following operations:







  • Collection management for English-speaking customers, including payment follow-up, reminders and dispute resolution.

  • Invoice processing for English-speaking customers, including invoice creation, verification, dispatch and follow-up.

  • Management of English-speaking customer accounts, updating information, processing requests, reconciling accounts and resolving anomalies.

  • Management of English-speaking supplier accounts, including processing supplier invoices, monitoring payments and resolving discrepancies.
