We're looking for an experienced and passionate Training and Development Coach to join our successful and supportive Engineering Team. This is your chance to make a real difference—guiding apprentices across Engineering standards as they build rewarding careers. This exciting role would suit:

• An experienced Trainer Assessor/Coach seeking a new challenge within an Ofsted Outstanding organisation that puts learners and staff at the heart of what we do.
• A skilled practitioner from industry ready to take the next step into teaching, coaching and assessing.

You’ll play a key part in delivering engaging, high‑quality training and assessments, supporting apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to excel in their roles and achieve high grades at End Point Assessment.
