Summary You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the SHAPEC PLANNING YARD, ENGINEERING and PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Norfolk, VA Salary GS-13 - $108,019 - $140,426 Pear Harbor, HI Salary - GS-13 - $90,925 - $118,204 Responsibilities You will establish and maintain corporate guidelines for the preparation of standard planning products. You will conduct meetings with representatives of the Naval Shipyards to resolve problems, define responsibilities, and establish budgets for the availability planning process. You will monitor the process to ensure compliance with established milestones and budgets. You will develop and provide training as required to ensure compliance of completed work.
