- 8+ years of software engineering experience in complex environments.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer or Engineering Lead.
- Strong technical background in Java and enterprise application development.
- Experience working in distributed / nearshore / offshore team setups.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams and cultures.
- Ability to lead without formal authority.
- Coaching mindset, high level of ownership and strong interpersonal maturity.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Native or near-native Portuguese.
- Willingness to travel to the Netherlands regularly, especially around PI/SAFe events.
