Engineering Team Manager – ADAS – Autosar

Work Time – 6 PM to 3 AM IST

You will be leading the Engineering Team working on Active Safety projects. In particular you will be responsible for:

Your Role

  • Managing a team of 10-15 engineers
  • Project delivery planning and execution ownership
  • Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements
  • Streamline SW Development process across multiple Scrum teams, provides technical direction, conducts regular project reviews across scrum teams and takes corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules
  • Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets.
