Bradken is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to lead our Santiago-based Product and Engineering team, supporting our Mineral Processing business and mining customers across the region.
This role will suit a technically credible leader who can develop people, work confidently with customers and turn operational challenges into practical, commercially valuable engineering solutions.
About the roleReporting to the Engineering Manager, South America, you will lead a team of Design Engineers and oversee the design, development, validation and implementation of products and services for mining applications.
You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and regional and global engineering teams to ensure solutions are safe, manufacturable, fit for purpose and aligned with customer and business priorities.
