Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Create and manage purchase requests for components, tools, and test equipment materials
+ Track orders from request to delivery and ensure timely availability
+ Follow up on delays, discrepancies, and missing items
+ Work closely with Test Development Engineers to understand priorities
+ Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Receiving teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient and smooth order processing
+ Communicate order status updates clearly and proactively
+ Support the day-to-day operation of engineering labs
+ Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials and components
+ Assist with incoming shipments: receiving, verification, and distribution
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized lab environment
