Responsibilities
- Coordinating work specific scopes & trades
- Participating in project meetings
- Inputting and updating deficiency logs
- Taking progress photographs using 360 cameras
- Updating field drawings
- Producing as‑built drawings
- Performing quantity takeoffs
- Verifying site conditions by coordinating with drawings
- Supervising sub‑trade work
- Setting‑up / Maintaining record keeping
- Layout site lines and grades using total station
- Creating and maintaining graphical schedules
- Obtaining scheduling information from sub‑trades
- Monitoring workforce productivity
