Key Skills and Qualifications:
β¦ 5-10 years of experience with dialog flow program (ES & CX), Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Conversation Al, Generative Al, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Python & similar technologies.
β¦ Excellent understanding of Conversation Flows, Entities, Intents, Hierarchies and multiple level of conversations intents etc.
β¦ Preferably experience is designing Conversation Flows for languages such as Thai etc.
β¦ Experience of designing architecture
β¦ Conversation Al, Gen Al solutions using Dialogflow CX
β¦ Experience with driving discussions with the customer...
