1. Understanding Customer Requirements Meet clients to understand technical and business needs Analyze specifications, drawings, or project requirements Recommend suitable engineering products or solutions 2. Technical Sales & Product Presentation Explain technical features and benefits to customers Conduct product demonstrations or presentations Translate complex engineering concepts into practical business value 3. Preparing Quotations & Proposals Generate pricing, cost estimates, and technical proposals Coordinate with engineering/design teams for customized solutions Prepare tender submissions and documentation 4. Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams Follow up on leads and ongoing projects Handle negotiations, objections, and closing sales 5.
