Job Description Summary

The Engineering Quality Strategic Initiatives Leader is responsible for defining, building, aligning, and deploying a proactive, enterprise‑scale design quality system across Gas Power Engineering. This role leads the development and execution of a Zero Defect design framework, ensuring quality is built into product and process design rather than detected downstream.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define, build, and deploy the enterprise Zero-Defect Design quality framework, including standards, processes, tools, and operating mechanisms across the engineering organization.
• Align with GE Vernova corporate and business leadership to establish a common, scalable design quality framework and ensure consistent application across businesses.
