Responsibilities
+ Lead complex capital equipment and manufacturing transformation projects from concept through production launch, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
+ Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
+ Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, sourcing, facilities, and leadership teams for project alignment.
+ Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks/issues, and implement resolutions.
