Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead complex hardware and product development initiatives from concept through production. This role will partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external stakeholders to drive successful execution of strategic programs. This is a fulltime opportunity, and the right candidate must be onsite 5 days a week in Saratoga, CA.
Responsibilities for the Engineering Program Manager include:
·Leading end-to-end product development programs from initial concept, design, validation, and manufacturing through production release.
·Coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure project success.
