What you'll do · Use data analytics skills to identify operational problems, and launch projects to improve processes · Lead technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teams.
· Design/Develop/Improve new or existing Supply Chain Services Processes · Automation of processes and connecting siloed systems/data/processes.
· Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, scope, timeline, etc · Execute on strategy to deliver new SC processes/capabilities · Effective communication to sponsors and stakeholders on status · Keep project/program aligned with other strategic initiatives Requirements: Advanced English · Proven experience applying Agile practices and driving end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including process redesign, system implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and organizational change management employing methodologies such as ADKAR, preferred.
