Job Description
- Perform rotating 12hr shift work in a 24x7 Network Operation Center (NOC) environment providing network surveillance for client's co-invested submarine cable systems, proactively identifying service anomaly, assessing potential impact, and initiating timely escalation and remediation to maintain high network availability
- Drive incident management for submarine cable faults impacting capacity owners with Cable Landing Stations (CLS) and equipment vendors
- Position as the central operational focal point for multi-stakeholder incident coordination, ensuring clear, timely, and structured communication of incident notifications, progress updates, and restoration timelines to capacity owners and internal leadership
