About the job
We are looking for a hands‑on and forward‑thinking Engineering Office Manager to lead our design office team at our site in Allschwil, Switzerland.
Our Allschwil site is a world leader in the design and manufacture of cryogenic pumps for the liquefied gas industry.
In this role, you will manage a team of design engineers and play a key role in delivering high‑quality design solutions for customer projects. This role combines operational execution, team leadership, and process development.
You will report directly to the Technical Director of Alfa Laval Switzerland AG and actively contribute to performance, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering organization.
